Ben & Jerry’s did it with their Core ice cream line. Dairy Queen did it with their Royal Blizzards. And now Sonic has created a dessert that features candy or cookie pieces and real ice cream around a sweet core. Sonic’s new Sonic Blast Flavor Funnels are available in five varieties.

Sonic Blast made with Snickers Bars & Caramel Flavor Funnel (a small serving has 920 calories, 46 grams of fat, 31 grams of saturated fat, 118 grams of carbohydrates, 101 grams of sugar, and 13 grams of protein)

Sonic Blast made with M&M’s Chocolate Candies & Chocolate Flavor Funnel (1030 calories, 46 grams of fat, 31 grams of saturated fat, 141 grams of carbohydrates, 104 grams of sugar, and 13 grams of protein for a small)

Sonic Blast made with Oreo Cookie pieces & Oreo Stuffing Flavor Funnel (a small has 1070 calories, 64 grams of fat, 33 grams of saturated fat, 111 grams of carbohydrates, 97 grams of sugar, and 11 grams of protein)

Sonic Blast made with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups & Peanut Butter Flavor Funnel (930 calories, 46 grams of fat, 31 grams of saturated fat, 118 grams of carbohydrates, 101 grams of sugar, and 13 grams of protein for a small serving)

Sonic Blast made with Butterfinger & Caramel Flavor Funnel (a small has 1020 calories, 47 grams of fat, 32 grams of saturated fat, 135 grams of carbohydrates, 106 grams of sugar, and 13 grams of protein)

Papa Johns Cinnamon Pull Aparts

Papa John’s has a new pizza chaser — Cinnamon Pull-Aparts.

The dessert features bite-sized sweet roll pieces covered in cinnamon and sugar, topped with cinnamon crumbles then baked and drizzled with sweet cream cheese icing. The Cinnamon Pull-Aparts are $6 at participating locations.

One square has 210 calories, 10 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 5 milligrams of cholesterol, 180 milligrams of sodium, 26 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 14 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein.
