PRIZE DRAWING: Because I Want One of You To Eat Fresh

Subway Buffalo Chicken

In February, Subway will bring back their “any regular footlong for $5” promotion. So I think this month would be a good time to give away a $25 Subway gift card.

If my math is correct, you can get five $5 Subway footlongs with a $25 gift card. Unless you live on this rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, where you can only get four footlongs because we pay six dollars.

To enter The Impulsive Buy’s Subway gift card drawing, leave a comment with THIS post. I don’t care what you say in your comment, but it would be nice if you described completely your go-to Subway sandwich (i.e. type of bread, what veggies and sauce you put on, whether you get it toasted).

Please don’t forget to fill out the email field because I’ll be emailing the winner for his or her mailing address. The Impulsive Buy will stop accepting entries on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 11:59 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Only one comment allowed per person, and it’s only open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old.

For those of you who have a Twitter account, you can get an additional entry by tweeting the following by Tuesday, January 31, 2012 11:59 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time:

@theimpulsivebuy If Subway is where winners eat, I need to win a Subway gift card so I can eat there.

So just copy, paste, and tweet. Only one tweet per Twitter account.

Good luck!

  1. Footlong turkey on white, toasted with pepper jack, with lettuce, tomato, cukes, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos and southwest chipotle sauce. I can’t get enough of that damn sauce.

  2. Entering to win – My favourite Subway sandwich? Seafood Delight with Lettuce, Tomato, Mayonnaise, Jalapeno, and Banana Peppers – Delicious!

  3. Chicken breast on 9 grain bread, not toasted, american cheese, spinach, cucumbers, pickles, and lettuce. a bit of salt and pepper. yummmm.

  4. Man could I go for a sandwich right now! My go-to sandwich is an Italian B.M.T. on the Italian herbs and cheese bread with provolone and bacon toasted. Then, add on some lettuce or spinach (whichever appears greener/less brown), tomatoes, banana peppers, olives, cucumbers, oil, and vinegar. That makes me one happy lady.

  5. cold cut on toasted honey wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, peppers, banana peppers, s+p.
or the chicken teriyaki one =]

  6. I always get a ham sandwich on the Italian Herb bread, with olives (I ask for extra, I love them!), pickles, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. I then have them add honey mustard sauce, yum!

  7. my favorite Subway sandwich is the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast footlong with Jalapenos, Pickles, Lettuce, and Sweet Onion sauce. I wish they sold the Sweet onion sauce in a bottle or something. i would save so much money making the sandwich at home.

  8. I usually get turkey breast on Italian herb and cheese bread with lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, olives, jalapeno peppers and honey mustard. Today I had Subway and got the chipolte chicken and cheese on Italian herb and cheese bread with green peppers, red onion and the chipolte sauce.

  9. Italian BMT on white w/ an obscene amount of mayo, american cheese, bell pepper, extra pickles, banana peppers, a little lettuce, and topped off with salt and pepper. I scoop up the mayo that oozes out with bbq baked lays.

  10. my favorite sub is the steak and cheese with provolne not toasted lettuce black olives red onions and jalepenos with mayo

  11. toasted asiago with lots of turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, jalepenos, olives, sprinkled with pepper and covered with melted pepperjack cheese. Oh gods,I’m hungry now.

  12. I usually stray more of the hot side of Subways offerings – Chicken Marinara, Chipotle Chicken & Cheese, that sort of dealie.

  13. I don’t vary much. I always get a BMT with American cheese onion lettuce tomato banana peppers salt pepper oil and vinegar

  14. footlong turkey and ham on italian toasted with spinach, lettuce, onions, green peppers, olives and jalapenos with sweet onion sauce.

  15. My go-to is 6″ chicken breast on jalapeno-cheddar bread, toasted. If (rare) I add swiss cheese, it’s after toasting. Then I get all the vegetables, including peppers but usually light on the jalapenos, plus the (extra-cost) avocado, black pepper, oregano, and vinegar. (Recently I’ve also had the surprisingly-good pastrami: I get that with mustard, pickles, lettuce, and onions. Maybe tomato. Probably will get that again.)

  16. Turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, banana peppers, vinegar, salt, pepper, and mayo. Man, I love Subway.

  17. Turkey, American cheese, vegetables.

Not toasted. If you get it toasted, it means the terrorists have won.

  18. Spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese bread (or flatbread), with pepper jack cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and oregano.

  19. My subway fav:

Tuna, provolone, lettuce, olives, mustard, mayo, salt, pepper, on a whole wheat roll. Toasted 😉
Makes my Husband gag:p (he hates tuna)!

  20. First, you gotta get a foot long loaf of Italian Herbs and Cheese and you gotta put some Seafood Sensation on it, DOUBLE MEAT PLEASE!! Don’t toast it, don’t taint the seafoody goodness with cheese, and then put yellow pepper, onions, olives, cucumber, and spinach on it. THERE! PERFECTION.

  21. I recently went vegan to get in shape (it’s a must if you want to burn fat in the laziest way possible) and subway is the only place nearby that I can get vegan food. Usually I get a veggie on wheat, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, green peppers, cucumbers untoasted with honey mustard. Hope I win!

  22. I usually change it up every time I got to Subway, but my roommate always makes me buy her spicy Italians with provolone, tomatoes, lettuce, banana peppers, olive oil, and black pepper. So if I win it will probably go to feed her habit.

  23. I’m preferential to a BLT, on Italian…toasted or not depends on my mood. As for cheese, I usually go with pepperjack, although provolone is nice for an occasional change. Toppings are obviously lettuce and tomato, and for kicks I’ll put green pepper, and occasionally jalapeno on it. Sauce is light mayo is a good slathering of light mayo.
