Some of you are probably looking at Wendy’s Bacon and Blue on Brioche and thinking to yourself, “Hey! Didn’t Wendy’s already have a Bacon and Blue Burger?”
Yes, knowledgeable fast food fan, you are correct.
In 2010, Wendy’s offered their Bacon and Blue Burger that featured a beef patty topped with blue cheese crumbles, Applewood-smoked bacon, sautéed onions, and a creamy steakhouse sauce on a standard bun.
Wendy’s Bacon and Blue on Brioche is a bit different. It has a beef patty that’s topped with Wisconsin blue cheese crumbles, a blue cheese herb aioli, spring mix, and three strips of thick-cut Applewood-smoked bacon on a toasted brioche bun. Grub Grade has a review.
The Wendy’s Bacon and Blue on Brioche has 650 calories, 39 grams of fat, 16 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, 7 grams of polyunsaturated fat, 14 grams of monounsaturated fat, 125 milligrams of cholesterol, 1290 milligrams of sodium, 37 grams of carbohydrates, 6 grams of sugar, 2 grams of fiber, and 34 grams of protein.

I had one yesterday. It was delicious, but needed way more blue cheese. The aioli had nice flavor. I think the old version was a tad better though. The onions and steakhouse sauce was tastier.
That was the best Wendy’s burger I’ve ever had in my life. It was so good i literally snapchatted it. Ughhh it was so perfect I wanna actually go back today to get another one
