  1. In the Mix Spring Zing Lemon Chip Cookie Mix is a winner. I bought these for a spring wedding and gave them out to helpers as thank you’s.

I finally have had a chance to make them….and I wish that I had the ingredient list and recipe! They are yummy!! Make them into the 1 1/2 inch balls before flattening, as they are a much better cookie than a smaller version (some one else made them small) and I did not think they were as good. I used butter too, not sure the smaller versions did.

Anyway, if they offer them next year, I will be buying them again!

    1. Someone gave me this jar of mix, no recipe. I would like to know what to add to this mix. Thank you, Donna

    2. They are the best cookies I’ve ever had! I tried and reached their company and they said hopefully they’ll be back on the shelf’s soon, but that was 6 months ago…
