They’re back, but possibly only in the Southeast. Here’s our review. (Spotted by Jason S at Circle K.)

This is the stupidest decision Lays has ever made (besides those yukky Cappacino chips). Why do they have the local flavors only available locally? Shouldn’t the rest of the Country find out why these flavors are loved by locals? Does this mean I have to pay 5x on ebay to get the other flavors? And why not offer a sample pack (all flavors in smaller bags)? Come on Lays, get your marketing dept on it!
