FAST FOOD NEWS: Pizza Hut Cinnabon Mini Rolls

PH Cinnabon

Pizza Hut has a new treat to help end your pizza feast — Cinnabon Mini Rolls.

If you’re thinking, “Wait a cinn-cond! Pizza Hut already has a cinnamon pastry dessert”, you’re right. It has Cinnamon Sticks that come with white icing for dipping. THIS is a pan of ten mini cinnamon rolls, topped with Cinnabon’s signature cream cheese frosting.

One mini roll has 80 calories, 3 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 0 milligrams of cholesterol, 15 milligrams of sodium, 12 grams of carbohydrates, 0 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein.

But, because most of you won’t eat just one and because Pizza Hut’s nutrition page allows us to mess with the serving size, here’s what you’ll consume with the entire tray of 10: 830 calories, 31 grams of fat, 15 grams of saturated fat, 57 grams of sugar, and 16 grams of protein.

If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

  1. I tried them the other night. They’re alright, pretty dry, but I would rate them as the best dessert Pizza Hut has to offer outside of the S’mores cookie that they for some reason only offer sporadically.

  2. Never understood a flour based dessert served at pizza joints.

After eating pizza I don’t want anything with flower in it. Ice cream goes better.

    1. I completely agree with this statement. That’s why I never understand the dinner pack/box from places like Domino’s which offer breadsticks, pizza, and cinnamon sticks. Gluten, flour overload! No thanks!

  3. The closest thing I’ll get to Cinnabon cinnamon rolls since they closed the local Cinnabon several years ago. Thanks, Starbucks.

  4. I like them but, not good if you are counting carbs. Not a good idea for diabetics, not good for most people because of the sugar content. Because they are small, you can’t eat just one.
