    1. Two sandwiches, to be specific – but even so, I agree that the cost seems exorbitant. This is one of the reasons I wish that these SOS posts included the state or region in addition to the grocery store/market name. I’m curious about price differences and sometimes I am not familiar with certain chains & brand names. (I grew up in New England, lived in Northern California for a number of years, and I’m currently in the Pacific NW, fwiw.)

  1. For $6 you can buy an entire loaf of white bread, an entire pack of American cheese slices, and butter or margarine to make a dozen grilled cheese sandwiches that will be of way better quality and literally take the same amount of time to cook!

    1. You could say that about a lot of premade products.

These sandwiches have pepperoni, salami, and peppers. It’s an italian sandwich, not a plain sandwich.

    2. I read it again, and yes their is a plain one. If someone feel the price is justifiable, then fine. Their is a variety of foods that are shown on this site. Everybody has different tastes and products they would buy.

Some people cannot cook to save their life. A device to toast a sandwich in the microwave would make someone like that happy.
