SPOTTED: Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats Golden Honey Cereal

I can’t stop looking at the Frosted Mini Wheat’s shoes. Does it have wheat feet? I mean, of course, it would be wheat, but are there multiple strands of wheat in the shoe that are its toes? Okay, now that I look at its hands, I realize that’s probably the case. Its hands look like bones though, and it’s kind of creeping me out. (Spotted by William W at Woodman’s Markets.)

If you’re out shopping and see new products, snap a picture of them, and send them in via an email ([email protected]) with where you found them and “Spotted” in the subject line. Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.

  1. Looks different. I still can’t believe they ever took the fruit filled shredded wheat off the market years ago. That’s gotta be due for a re-release solstice soon I hope. Not enough cereals put stuff in the inside of the pieces nowadays.

    1. The fruit filled, Touch of Fruit Mini Wheats were the absolute best and were a staple in my house for years so it was surprising that they pulled them. I agree that they are overdue for a come back.

      1. I think there’s a Kashi version that’s still around, but you can only barely taste the fruit…because it’s supposed to be healthy, I guess?

  2. Gotta agree with Steve and Twix. I’m still pissed that the fruit FMW were discontinued, and I will die mad about it.
