Follow up to the Malt O Meal Key Lime Pie Crunch and Orange Dreamsicle Cereals we posted the other day. There’s also this Strawberry Shortcake one that apparently dogs seem to love or something. (Spotted by Robbie at Walmart.)
If you’re out shopping and see new products, snap a picture of them, and send them in via an email ([email protected]) with where you found them and “Spotted” in the subject line. Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.
Hoping this one and the Orange Dreamsicle flavor get released in the New Jersey area. Haven’t seen these ones yet at my local Super Walmarts. I often wonder what regions get the earliest releases of new cereals if people are already spotting these cereals at their stores. I always feel like there’s at least a 2 – 4 week gap from the time someone spots a new cereal to the time I see it in the stores in New Jersey. Maybe the midwest states get the first store shipments?
Love to see all these new cereal flavors! And this one having a corgi mascot just gets bonus points with me, haha!
I find him to be a disappointing Corgi, given how utterly f’ing adorable Corgis are, IRL.

Unfortunately, the strawberry shortcake wasn’t that good. Found it yesterday at my local Walmart. Not very strong on strawberry flavor. I was expecting more since the blueberry muffin cereal was always super flavorful.
The orange dreamsicle is just mediocre as well. Again, too light on flavor. Would’ve been great if they added like orange flavored marshmallows or if the orange pieces were stronger flavored with vanilla marshmallows.
I should know better than to get my hopes up for new cereals at this point. Very underwhelming.
Didn’t try the keylime one yet, but not really a keylime person. At least they tried new flavors I guess.
