Found an ding-dong error on the packaging. “Covered in Dingdongs Fudge” is missing a space between Ding and Dongs. Other than that, these seem to be pretty much a round Chocodile. Update: Ha! I messed up and made a ding-dong error in the original title for this post by not including the space. (Spotted by Dorothy at Walmart.)

As other have noted, these are just “differently shaped” Chocodiles.
I wasn’t impressed by the flavor or texture at room temp. But I heated one up in the microwave for 10 seconds and it became a divine lava cake. Highly recommended.
