On the bottom left corner of the box it reads, “Crunchy wheat & rice latte flavored flakes and vanilla flavored clusters.” So should we expect a crunchy wheat & rice latte flavored flakes and chocolate flavored clusters cereal in the future? Remember the Special K ads from the late 80s and early 90s where the woman’s leg and calf was then perfectly overlaid with the “K” in Special K?
THIS was a brand to promote healthy living, sleek psyiques and toned legs. For cripes sake, how far Kellogg’s has strayed from its yuppie, Reagan-esque roots.
I would rather it stray away from that. The Special K Diet was ridiculous. We should eat to nourish ourselves and enjoy food, not look a certain way based on what a cereal thinks.
No offense (seriously), but cereal doesn’t think. lol And, even if it did, I wouldn’t care what it thought of me.
This sounds pretty good. Can’t wait to get it for half price at Ollie’s in May.
