FAST FOOD NEWS: Jack in the Box Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club

Jack in the Box Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club

Jack in the Box has a new chicken sandwich — the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club.

The highlight of the sandwich is Jack’s new Southern-style breaded chicken fillet. The sandwich also has ranch sauce, grilled hickory smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese on the gourmet bun used with their Buttery Jack burgers. I’m not sure what “Southern-style” means and any attempts to learn what it is has been stopped cold by me falling asleep while trying to read the really long ingredient list.

The sandwich has 632 calories, 28 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 72 milligrams of cholesterol, 1687 milligrams of sodium, 512 milligrams of potassium, 62 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 12 grams of sugar, and 34 grams of protein.

If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

So if I trade a cow for some of these and plant them in the ground, will a Trader Joe’s grow from them. Because this rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean would really love a Trader Joe’s. (Spotted by Sylvia at Trader Joe’s.)
