SPOTTED ON SHELVES: Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes with Energy Clusters Cereal

Kellogg's Frosted Flakes with Energy Clusters Cereal

The Amazon listing for this cereal says the “energy clusters” are granola clusters. And if you look closely at the box, the 9 grams of protein don’t come from the cereal. Five grams comes from the cereal and the other four come from milk. Oh, in case you were wondering, a serving of regular Frosted Flakes as one gram of protein. (Spotted by Adam at Tops Friendly Markets.)

FAST FOOD NEWS: Popeyes Smoky Garlic Chile Chicken

Popeyes Smoky Garlic Chile Chicken

Popeyes has a new limited time only chicken on their menu. It’s their Smoky Garlic Chile Chicken.

The menu item gets its name because the chicken tenderloins are marinated in a blend of slow-smoked Morita chile peppers and whole garlic. You can get four premium tenderloins, a regular side, and biscuit for $4.99. And, of course, like many Popeyes limited time only chicken, it comes with a new dipping sauce. This time it’s a garlic herb sauce.

If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.
