Today, Auntie Anne’s is offering one free Original or Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel on National Pretzel Day for those who redeem the offer on the chain’s My Pretzel Perks app on their phone. In order to receive the free pretzel, you have to download the app before 11:59 p.m. EST on April 26.

If you can’t make it to an Auntie Anne’s location on National Pretzel Day, you have until Sunday, April 30 to get your free pretzel.

Wetzel’s Pretzels is giving away a free original pretzel to customers who stop by one of their locations today. Well, not ALL their locations. Those that are in a theme park, airport, or arena are NOT included. The offer is available all-day, while supplies last.

Also, if you have the Wetzel’s Pretzels app on your phone, you can receive an additional free original pretzel redeemable through the app from April 27-May 1.

Ben’s Soft Pretzels is offering a free traditional Jumbo Soft Pretzel to guests who donate a minimum of $1 to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. The offer is available at participating locations from 1-7 p.m. today.

To help with your Tax Day 2017 blues, Hot Dog on a Stick is giving all customers one free Original Turkey Hot Dog on a Stick today (April 18). No purchase or proof of completed taxes necessary.

The offer is valid at participating Hot Dog on a Stick locations only. One free Original Turkey Hot Dog on a Stick per customer.

A Turkey Dog has 240 calories, 13 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 710 milligrams of sodium, 23 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 9 grams of protein.

Some folks celebrate Easter with Peeps, chocolate bunnies, egg hunts, or going to church, but Wienerschnitzel is offering a regular serving of their Chili Cheese Fries for just 99 cents today (April 16) at participating locations.

The menu item features French fries topped with the chain’s secret recipe chili and shredded cheddar cheese. If you plan to feed everyone at the egg hunt with Wienerschnitzel Chili Cheese Fries there’s a limit of 10 per order.

A regular Chili Cheese Fries has 560 calories, 31 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 35 milligrams of cholesterol, 1380 milligrams of sodium, 58 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fiber, and 13 grams of protein.
