PRIZE DRAWING: Because I Want One of You To Eat Fresh

Subway Buffalo Chicken

In February, Subway will bring back their “any regular footlong for $5” promotion. So I think this month would be a good time to give away a $25 Subway gift card.

If my math is correct, you can get five $5 Subway footlongs with a $25 gift card. Unless you live on this rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, where you can only get four footlongs because we pay six dollars.

To enter The Impulsive Buy’s Subway gift card drawing, leave a comment with THIS post. I don’t care what you say in your comment, but it would be nice if you described completely your go-to Subway sandwich (i.e. type of bread, what veggies and sauce you put on, whether you get it toasted).

Please don’t forget to fill out the email field because I’ll be emailing the winner for his or her mailing address. The Impulsive Buy will stop accepting entries on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 11:59 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Only one comment allowed per person, and it’s only open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old.

For those of you who have a Twitter account, you can get an additional entry by tweeting the following by Tuesday, January 31, 2012 11:59 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time:

@theimpulsivebuy If Subway is where winners eat, I need to win a Subway gift card so I can eat there.

So just copy, paste, and tweet. Only one tweet per Twitter account.

Good luck!

Fine Print: Subway is not affiliated with this prize drawing. The Impulsive Buy promises your email address will not be used to send you emails about how you can save money on TurboTax. The Impulsive Buy also promises your mailing address will not be used to send you ValPak coupons or Valtrex coupons. Bribes will not be accepted. 1. Last sandwich was pastrami on jalapeno bread including pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives, red onions, chipotle sauce, sweet onion, and honey mustard. Yummy!

  2. I usually go with a turkey breast and ham footlong on italian bread. Not toasted. Pickles, lettuce, black olives, onions, cheddar cheese, yellow mustard with a touch of vinegar and oil.

  3. Wheat bread, turkey, toasted, with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayo. Goodness, I’m hungry now.

  4. Oven-roasted chicken, pepperoni, marinara sauce, provolone cheese, parmesean cheese, all wraped up in a toasty honey-oat footlong!

  5. I have so many favorites! I have been wanting to try the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and the Turkey BLT. If I win I will give them a try.

  6. 6′ turkey on honey oat with spinach, onions, cucumber, green pepper, pickles, banana peppers, tomatoes. Honey mustard or olive oil/vinegar varies. NOT TOASTED DAMN IT.

  7. Turkey and bacon on wheat with every vegetable, no cheese, some random sauce and definitely not toasted.

  8. My go to sandwich involves their breakfast! I don’t know why, but their “eggs” are pretty tasty!

  9. I usually get tuna or ham with honey oat with lettuce and tomatoes. Love their honey oat bread. But if I win this $25 gift cards, I’m gonna try something else.

  10. I can’t recall the last time I went to subway, All the toppings get me all discombobulated. But I’m welling to give it a go if I win. 🙂

  11. Flatbread! It’s the best and I always get it. My favorite is the italian BMT w lettuce pickles and ranch dressing.

  12. Turkey and swiss on Italian herbs and cheese, untoasted, with the following toppings: lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumber, mayo, mustard.

  13. Hands down my fresh eats at Subway:

    6 in Wheat Subway Club
    No Cheese, please
    Yellow mustard
lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives & banana peppers
Little shake of salt & pepper

    bam! goodness 🙂

  14. I haven’t been to subway in ages. I used to get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, on honey wheat or the parmesan oregano bread, with the bread toasted separately from the chicken being microwaved. Then I got nearly all of the veggies, parmesan cheese, and sweet onion sauce.

I’d like to try the chicken chipotle.

  15. I could use the gift card, would be a help for lunch during the week. Also favorite sub: Buffalo Chicken on Hearty Wheat with lettuce and pepperjack cheese

  16. my typical but epic awesome is a wheat or honey oat lettece tomato olives jalpeno banna green peppers red onions spinich leaves pickles hot sauce hony mustard salt pepper large glass of diet whatever they have most times no sides ill pick up a bag of chex mix or pretzals

  17. I eat boring ones. My favorite is an oven roasted chicken breast on italian herbs and cheese bread with provolone cheese and a ton of salt. If I’m feeling really adventurous, I get lettuce.

  18. Cheese bread, chicken cordon bleu (if it’s available or if not) ham with roasted chicken (they’ll charge it as double-meat this way though, alas), swiss cheese, toasted with a little lettuce, mayo, pickle, salt and pepper. Bomb-diggity.

  19. Oh lord, I’m poor and this would be amazing.

I typically get either tuna or spicy italian on wheat (toasted or not depending on if I’m feelin’ wild) with pepper jack, spinach, cucumber, tomato, pickles, black pepper, oregano and some vinegar.

  20. Footlong roasted chicken, toasted on monterey cheddar… Lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, olives, chipotle sauce.

  21. Ft long tuna on white with with mayo, spicy mustard, occasionally ranch and then extra olives, extra pickles, banana peppers, and sometimes lettuce.

  22. My old standby! Meatball on white with banana peppers, onions and parmesan. I like to keep it simple.

  23. Italian BMT on Italian herbs and cheese, provolone, mayo, dijon, all veggies except bell pepper, oil/vinegar.

  24. I get whatever bread I’m in the mood for that day and then the buffalo chicken with cheddar cheese. Then I have it toasted before adding tomatoes, a little bit of lettuce, and then ranch. Sometimes a little hot sauce too.

  25. I love subway eat it at least once a week. I get the chicken bank ranch with shredded cheese, tomato, onions, greens peppers, olives, and lettuce. sometimes I wil add chipotle sauce and jalapeños.

  26. Can’t wait! The $5 footlong is an ok deal, but half the time I don’t care for the sub that is offered. This any regular sub deal definitely appeals to a much larger audience. I’ll definitely be stopping in more than usual

  27. Parm bread. Chicken. Mayo. Cheese. Olives – that’s not enough, another handful – a real handful, geeze! – fine I’ll pay extra.

And twice as much oregano. NOM!

  28. First, just want to say I found your website on Sunday and I’m slowing becoming addicted.

Second, When I go to Subway I get the turkey breast on wheat with provalone, light mayo, olvies, and jalapeno because it’s tasty and healthy and I’m trying to lose weight.

  29. 6″ Wheat bread with turkey breast
    No cheese,
    No dressing or sauce,
    ALL the veges,
Spinach (because you need to ask for it separately even if you asked for ALL the veges),
    Salt and pepper

No drinks, no chips, no extra calories please!
    Love it.

  30. I have gotten the same thing from Subway for years and I never ever tire of it: Footlong Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on toasted honey oat bread, with spinach, lettuce, and extra sweet onion sauce. The wrapper looks like a poppy-seed studded sandwich murder scene when I am done ravaging. I could live inside a bottle of the sweet onion sauce. I could bathe in it. If it were possible to reproduce with a condiment I would gladly be its baby momma. And then eat our baby.
