  1. Steak 7/10 – A bit overwhelming flavor but I enjoyed it. Brown sugar bacon not as sweet or crispy as I remember. Barely noticed bourbon sauce, strong brown mustard flavor. Fried onions soggy but ok. Steak tender and smoky. Lots of cheese.

    Will try turkey tomorrow.

Skipping brisket because flavors already too powerful and their brisket is too smokey.

  2. Turkey 6/10 – Not as overwhelming as the steak. Carver turkey is messy. Subtle flavor of the smoked turkey is largely incognito when packed between melted cheddar cheese, smokey sweet bacon, spicy bourbon brown mustard, and oily fried onions. Still an edible pile of indulgence.

  3. Hubby & I tried the steak and brisket and we split them and then both had a half of each sandwich and both were so delicious.
I’m craving one for tonight so I sure hope they are still on the menu. Love them so much. Should be on the menu all the time.
