I’m sorry I might have given you wrong info. The snakes were at World Market.
Though i can’t speak for similar flavors the german version of this sweet and sour product are bear shaped and hand holding fruit gums:

I buy them at Walgreen’s pharmacy
Just wondering what state are you in that they were in a Walgreens? When I was in TX on vacation I saw the Twin Snakes at a HEB and assumed they were everywhere. Now that Im back on the east coast I cant find them.
